For most people, it takes a health crisis to learn how each year we help over 1,700 Franklin County residents of all ages remain in their homes despite physical challenges, recover from surgery, or retain their dignity at the end of their life through hospice and palliative care. Your gift helps ensure that all who need medically necessary home health care can get it, regardless of their ability to pay.
