Support Our Work

Your support — through our annual appeal, in honor or memory of a friend or loved one, a bequest or other planned gift, our Blue Jean Ball, or your vote at your Town Meeting each March — makes it possible for us to meet our mission of providing medically necessary care to all who need it, regardless of their ability to pay.

How Your Gift Helps

Your gift makes a difference to many people in many ways. Your support of Franklin County Home Health Agency, Inc. helps a woman coming home from the hospital recover from her illness in the comfort of home. You also help people live their lives to the fullest on hospice in the place they call home. Thank you.

For most people, it takes a health crisis to learn how each year we help over 1,700 Franklin County residents of all ages remain in their homes despite physical challenges, recover from surgery, or retain their dignity at the end of their life through hospice and palliative care. Your gift helps ensure that all who need medically necessary home health care can get it, regardless of their ability to pay. Each year, this totals over $850,000 in uncompensated care for people who are not able to meet all their obligations. Your gift helps!
