Andrea Patrick-Baudet

Andrea Patrick-Baudet, MBA, RN, CHPN, CHPCA

President/CEO

Andrea joined Franklin County Home Health Agency in 2021 and leads a talented and dedicated team of employees and volunteers who are committed to the agency’s mission of providing high quality care that promotes health, independence, and quality of life, in both home and community settings.

Andrea was previously Chief Clinical Officer at Granite VNA in Concord, NH, leading the agency’s Hospice and Palliative Care programs, including a ten bed Hospice House, and overseeing the Education, Quality, Paraprofessional and Provider teams. She has worked in nonprofit healthcare settings since 1992 in a variety of patient care and leadership roles. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts in French from the University of New Hampshire, an Associate Degree in Nursing from Great Bay Community College and a Master of Business Administration from New England College. She is certified as a Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse (CHPN) and a Hospice and Palliative Care Administrator (CHPCA).

Andrea has served multiple terms on the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization’s Quality and Standards Committee and is a board member of the VNAs of Vermont. She is a member of the St Albans Rotary Club and Franklin County’s 100 Women Who Care.


Jane Paquette

Jane Paquette, SHRM-CP, PHR

Human Resource Manager
Jane has 28 years of progressive human resources experiences in both the manufacturing and health care sectors. Jane has over 20 years of experience working at Franklin County Home Health Agency, first as a Payroll and Benefits Administrator, and next as a Human Resource Specialist, before being promoted to Human Resource Manager in 2016. Jane has an Associates’ Degree from Champlain College along with a Certificate of Concentrated Study in Human Resource Management. Jane has Professional in Human Resources Certifications from the Human Resource Certification Institute and the Society of Human Resource Management.
