Janet McCarthy, center, Executive Director of Franklin County Home Health Agency (FCHHA), was recognized as a Patriotic Employer by the National Committee for Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR.)  David Wheel, right, of the ESGR, presented a Department of Defense Certificate of Appreciation and a Patriot lapel pin to McCarthy on July 29.  Major Patty Hammond, left, an employee with FCHHA, nominated McCarthy for the award for supporting employee participation in America’s National Guard and Reserve Force.
