Nurses Promoted to Clinical Manager

Jodie Archambault, RN, is the new Clinical Nurse Manager for St. Albans. Susan Trombley, RN, is the new Clinical Nurse Manager for Enosburg.

Jodie is a 22 year veteran of the Agency. She has served as a home care and hospice nurse, Liaison Nurse for Northwestern Medical Center and local nursing homes, Chronic Disease Management Coordinator, and Long Term Care Coordinator.

“I look forward to continuing to build my strengths, to be a better nurse and community partner,” said Jodie. “I feel lucky to have the support of my peers to grow at the Agency and look forward to working with my co-workers in St. Albans.”

Susan has been with the Agency for about a year and a half as Hospital Liaison, Care coordination, LNA supervisor and Chronic Disease Management Coordinator.

Susan said, “I am looking forward to the new challenges the Clinical Nurse Manager position offers, as well as getting to know the clients in the Enosburg area. Franklin County Home Health Agency has supported my goals of furthering my career in nursing and I am excited to be a continued part of the caring environment of this agency.”
