Healthy Babies, Kids and Families
Ask your doctor, midwife or nurse about Healthy Babies, Kids & Families. A nurse will call you and set up a time to come to your home and talk about the program. Together, you will plan ahead for what you will need during your pregnancy, childbirth and baby’s first year at home. Please e-mail us or call (802) 527-7531 for more information about our Maternal Child Health programs.
