Vermont Ethics Network, in partnership with the Palliative Care and Pain
Management Task Force and the Madison-Deane Initiative, has put together
a survey to measure understanding of Palliative and End of Life Care. They
also want to learn about people’s related educational needs. Your responses

in organizing future educational opportunities within your community and
