CareNet offers care you can trust.
A variety of capable health care personnel are available to assist you in your
home. We work with you to develop an individual plan of care.
Care may be provided by Care Attendants, Licensed Nursing Assistants or
Skilled Nurses. Each care provider is carefully screened, trained and employed
by Franklin County Home Health Agency.
CareNet services are paid for privately by you or your family. Some
long-term care
insurance policies may pay for services offered through this program.
