We offer new families childbirth education, breastfeeding support, and the Nurse Family Partnership® program. We help keep our community healthy through flu and foot clinics. We offer free support groups for caregivers and those who are grieving.
Our professional, caring staff uses the latest medical technologies. We provide high quality, compassionate home health care, rehab therapies and hospice services. We come to our clients in their home setting in the 15 cities and towns of Franklin County, Vermont. Our medical social workers are important members of our team. We provide care to our clients through integrated teams of professional care givers.
