About Us
FCHHA is a non-profit 501c3 organization.  The Agency is certified by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

We are governed by a volunteer board of directors which represents the communities we serve.

Our Agency was founded in 1969 by a group of Franklin County residents who recognized the need for people to be able to recover from illness in the comfort of home.  Throughout the years, our programs and services have grown.  Our commitment to our community remains strong today as it was when the Agency was first founded.
