About Us

FCHHA is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization certified by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

We are governed by a volunteer board of directors which represents the communities we serve.

Our Agency was founded in 1969 by a group of area residents who felt people needed to option to recover from illness in the comfort of home. Over the years, our programs and services have grown but our commitment to our community remains as strong today as it when we were founded.
