The Agency
was founded in 1969 by
a group
of
Franklin County
residents who recognized the
need for people
to be able to recover from illness
in the
comfort of home.
Throughout the years, our programs and services have
grown. Our commitment
to our community remains strong today as it

when
the Agency was first
founded.
